Originally created as archery gloves, these make great casting gloves. Breathable and secure. Feels much more comfortable than the neoprene ones. They’re in HOOK2COOK surf fishing episodes dating back to 2020. These specific ones have leather on both sides of the finger so if one of the pads wears out, you can use the other side. It’s like getting two pairs for one!

Hooks, plastic baits, jerk baits or cali covers. Everything I have purchased from Edward at hook2cook i’ve been 100% satisfied with. The one item I’m really impressed with is the casting glove. It makes casting with wet fingers much more comfortable. Wearing the glove doesn’t hinder your ability to feel the line in the least bit. Fits really well. Also easy to put on and off. no more braid cuts on my finger!!!
Helps with casting and the holding of the rod as well.
I only bought it for casting even though there are one finger casting glovs on the market.
I didnt realize the impact of having the two other fingers that carry a lot of the weight (Light or Heavy) of the rod.
