In the past, I have had a hard time finding Split Ring Pliers with a small enough tooth for changing hooks on my jerkbaits. These are made specifically for that purpose. The tooth is tiny, and only at the tip of the jaws, so you cannot malform the split ring.
Use these pliers at home to change, replace, or upgrade your treble hooks before you head to the beach. Leave these pliers at home, or in your car. Do not keep them on you while wading and fishing. They are not intended to be exposed to salt water, or they may rust. Change your hooks at home, and then leave unnecessary gear at home. Pack light, and always fish with new, razor-sharp hooks.

If you have ever tried removing treble hooks with a pocket knife or scissors trust me you want these. Great purchase I usually remove the middle hooks from my battlestar jerk baits so this tool is must have.. happy with purchase
I like the size of them I like how they feel in the hand I like how they work they were everything I was hoping them to be so far there is nothing I don’t like about them

Although I haven't been able to try them out Yet. They look of very high quality. I like the fact that I may be able to use them in fresh water as well.
